The Czechia CERA assesses the FIMI threat environment ahead of the 2025 Czech parliamentary elections, documenting Russian-linked Telegram networks, disinformation portal ecosystems, fake TikTok accounts, and the Voice of Europe front organisation as the primary vectors. The assessment gives particular attention to voter demobilisation risk — the use of disinformation not to promote particular candidates but to suppress turnout among pro-democratic constituencies.
